At The Law Offices of Archibald J. Thomas, III, P.A., our practice is limited to the representation of individuals in labor and employment related matters. We do not represent employers. We represent employees only and the firm does not practice in any other area of the law. We handle wrongful discharge cases, employment discrimination cases, including sex, age, race, national origin, disability, pregnancy and religious discrimination, wage and hour claims, including overtime and minimum wage, harassment, whistleblowing, retaliation, severance negotiations, executive termination and compensation matters, employment contract cases, non-compete agreements and other business related claims, employment related torts, and all other aspects of the employment relationship.
