Charlotte Fernee Kelly has been practicing plaintiff's employment law since 2011, and is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, and the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. Charlotte Fernee Kelly is a member of The Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Section, and their Young Lawyers Division. Mrs. Kelly is also a member of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association, and was one of its Northern District Representatives in 2012-2013, and a Middle District Representative for 2013-2015. Mrs. Kelly has attended the Legal Study Abroad program at Oxford University in England, as well as at Peking University in China. While in law school she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the Psi Chi National Honor Society and the Phi Alpha Delta International Fraternity.
